We are a quarter of the way through our 2010 harvest season. Hitting Week Five means the start of the Orchard Share. Hitting mid-July means the vegetable share is starting to roll into peak season. Hitting the (hot) dog days of Summer means dueling with mounds of produce and the heat of a raging stove versus the cold sweet lure of raw meals. Continue reading
