NEW AMSTERDAM MARKET
Is a reinvention of the public market in the City of New York and includes not only farmers but purveyors and producers who source, make, and sell regional food. Our market EBT (food stamp) program begins later this fall, thanks to funding from New York City Council Speaker Christine Quinn and Council Member Margaret Chin.

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!
Help New Amsterdam Market grow into a vibrant civic institution serving all New Yorkers.  Please spread the word, visit the market for your weekly provisioning, and patronize our pioneering vendors.  By establishing the market in this iconic public site we will revive New York City’s oldest market district as a world-class regional amenity and destination.

The New Amsterdam Public Market Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to reviving the public market as a civic institution in the City of New York.
