Eating local can be challenge during the snowy months as the produce available at farmer’s markets gets less numerous by the week.

And then this happens!

Our Winter Share comes highly recommended  — several members enjoy it so much they purchase several shares to keep their kitchen stocked with local goodness.

Simple additions of winter share veg add so much pop to your winter curries

The pricing scheme is simple. Sign up early and save $$. Payment in full is preferred. Payment plans available for those who sign up by October 15th.

Sign up:

  • in Nov – $152 per share
  • in Dec – $162 per share

(PS – You can buy more than one share. Any additional share is $122 per share)

Egg shares are available – $6 per dozen
  • $30 – 1 dozen per month (for 5 months)
  • $60 – 2 dozen per month (for 5 months)
  • $90 – 3 dozen per month (for 5 months)
  • $120 – 4 dozen per month (for 5 months)

Distribution is on the third Tuesday – –  12/17, 1/21, 2/18, 3/18, 4/15 — 5 to 830pm

Each share family does one volunteer distribution shift. Shifts are broken into 3 time slots – 445 to 645pm;  5 to 7pm; 645 to 845pm

Right now distributions are scheduled for 140 Metropolitan Ave, Ryan & Yolim’s loftspace. We are hoping to move the distributions next door to the bar at the ground level of Nitehawk Cinemas. Will keep you posted.
