ABOUT: Heartbreaker Flower Farm are second season cut flower growers practicing low/no-till regenerative farming practices at Greig Farm, in the heart of the Hudson Valley. They harvest the freshest flowers in the field, bringing you a mix cheerful colors and varieties to brighten your home or business every week. Heartbreaker flowers are grown naturally and free of any chemicals. Their weekly bouquets are artfully pre-arranged, wrapped in a paper sleeve and ready for your own container at home.

SPRING/SUMMER (May 16 to July 18, 10 weeks total)- $150 full share; biweekly half shares available!!
After the cold winter chill, the SPRING/SUMMER Flower Share will brighten and lighten your mood! You can expect elegant mixed bouquets of Tulips, Narcissus, Nigella, Ranunculus, Ammi, Snapdragons and more. The bouquets are thoughtfully mixed with textured fillers and soft green foliage.
SUMMER/FALL (July 25 to Sept 26, 10 weeks total)- $150 full share; biweekly half shares available!!
During the heart of the flower season, the SUMMER/FALL Flower Share is filled with an explosion of spectacular blooms! You can expect elegant bouquets of Sunflowers, Dahlias, Celosia, Cosmos, Zinnias, Rudbeckia and more. The bouquets are thoughtfully mixed with textured fillers and soft green foliage.
