This recipe for a perfect blueberry syrup which she has been rocking to some serious success. No doubt this week’s raspberries will work wonders in a syrup too (if you don’t go for the Raspberry-Apple Pie!)

Thinking it could be adapted with the raspberries. And I can say from making quick jam with strawberries & chilies earlier in the season that the spice factor is delish! I can imagine a spicy raspberry syrup on porkchops, mmmm….
