Come join us for our next Greenpoint Soup Kitchen Supper Club Fundraiser
Friday, 22 October! With generous donation from the butchers at the Meat Hook.
It has been a long time goal of ours to match the quality of the locally grown, organic veggies that we use at the kitchen with ethically sourced local meat. We feel strongly that nutritious, locally produced food should not be a luxury item, but available to everyone in our community.
With this in mind, we are embarking on a partnership with the butchers at Brooklyn’s own Meat Hook! They are graciously donating meat for our fundraiser dinner—with all proceeds going towards providing quality local meats for our Wednesday night soup kitchen meals.
Come dine with us! Dinner will be a four-course meal using the same great local, organic produce (and meat!) that we use in our weekly meal. The meal is served family style—which we hope adds to the convivial spirit of the event!
BYOwine and come early for a special (extra charge) cocktail hour.
Because our menu relies on the most seasonal produce from local farmers, please stay tuned for the menu—let us know if you are vegetarian, there are definitely options for you!
You must R.S.V.P. for this event— please do so through the event page on Facebook. If you are a stubborn abstainer (!) from Facebook, you may email email@example.com.
Seats are limited, so please inform us if your plans change!
